Corner Bowl Software is a 25+ year United States based software company dedicated to developing compliance and monitoring software used by the following industries:

CornerBowl Software (CBS) provides enterprise-grade, on-premise and hybrid software solutions for monitoring and managing network hardware and software environments. Our platform is designed to deliver operational visibility, performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and remote management across complex infrastructure environments.

Originally founded by Michael Janulaitis, CBS was built with a practical philosophy: create reliable, cost-effective monitoring software that solves real operational problems without unnecessary complexity. That customer-first mindset remains central to our approach today.

In October 2025, following Michael’s passing, CornerBowl Software was acquired by Vic Cizmarik, President of TORViC Technologies, Inc., ensuring continuity, operational stability, and long-term strategic stewardship. As part of TORViC Technologies, a global consortium that acquires and develops mission-critical software businesses. CBS benefits from expanded technical resources and operational support while maintaining its product focus and customer- centric culture.

Jake Skelton serves as Chief Executive Officer of CBS, bringing experience supporting special operations environments and large-scale cloud operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS). His background in high-assurance, performance-sensitive environments guides CBS’s evolution as a modern, software-led security and compliance platform.

Our History

CBS’s roots date back to the 1990s with the release of Disk Monitor, which gained early adoption within large IT departments for its enterprise-wide disk visibility capabilities.

In 2001, Network Event Viewer was introduced, marking the company’s expansion into log monitoring and consolidation. This was followed by Text Log Monitor, Internet Server Monitor, and the evolution of Log Manager. These innovations ultimately converged into what is now Server Manager; a comprehensive monitoring and compliance platform delivering enterprise capabilities at a fraction of traditional SIEM costs.

From the beginning, CBS succeeded by listening closely to customers. Thousands of hours were spent working directly with IT teams, understanding operational challenges, and rapidly delivering requested improvements. That responsiveness remains a defining characteristic of the company.
